It does not! It is like slo-mo IMing. I have an interface called "TwitterFox" -- it just pops up in my Firefox, and I can tweet whenever I want. YESTERDAY NATHAN FILLION TWEETED THAT HIS FACE HURT.

(I cannot see how this level of questionable interaction can at all go wrong.)
